Pilates Sessions
Simply Pilates offers various types of classes. The 2 main categories are studio sessions and mat classes.

Studio sessions include the use of equipment and can consist of private classes, semi-privates or small group classes, in a format much like personal training. Mat classes are held in groups of up to 15 people and involve Pilates floor exercises without apparatus. Both equipment and mat classes are highly effective for achieving goals of strength, fitness and spinal alignment.
