Simply Pilates Mat classes are structured
as a course for 9 weeks. Classes combine all the Mat exercises
and principles of Pilates without the use of equipment. You
create resistance using your own body and gravity. Mat classes
are an excellent way to strengthen your core and provide all
the essentials of a dynamic Pilates workout.

Mat course dates
Beginner Mat Course:
Simply Pilates Mat courses are designed to
progress you from the Beginner Level through Beginner II to
Intermediate. It is essential that you start with the Beginner
course as it is designed to introduce you to the fundamental
concepts and ideas of core awareness, strength, and body alignment.
Progressing through the course, you can expect the workouts
to become increasingly vigorous as you develop your technique.
It is highly recommended that you complete these 9 weeks in
sequence before advancing to other Mat levels.
Beginners Level II and Intermediate:
Having achieved a thorough grounding in classical
Pilates, you are then taken to the next level. These classes
focus on refining technique, discovering new and more challenging
exercises, and having fun, while working up a sweat.
